Crimă perfectă Vol.3 La un pas de moarte

Pip faces threats as she gets ready to start college. The end of her last case still troubles her. Her true-crime podcast has brought death threats before. Now, someone keeps sending messages that hint she will vanish. As the threats grow, she knows a stalker means her harm.

Her search links the stalker to a jailed serial killer. Police caught him six years ago, but Pip begins to doubt his guilt. Could the wrong man be serving time? The police refuse to act, so she must find answers herself. Her own life depends on finding the person behind the threats. Each clue brings her back to the same people and events.

This young adult crime thriller mixes a dark plot with moments of humour. Holly Jackson brings the Crima perfectă series to a close in this third volume. The story follows Pip as a new threat draws her into another case, despite her hopes of leaving for college.
