This workbook helps pupils in first grade learn about themselves. It helps them learn how to relate to others. Its tasks help them share what they like and do well. They learn to share their feelings in positive ways. They also think about how they learn.

Gabriela Bărbulescu, Ionela Stan, and Irina Vasile wrote the workbook. It follows the new school plan for what pupils learn. It forms part of the Copilul destept series.

Pupils learn to know and respect themselves and respect others. They learn how to keep their bodies clean. They explore feelings and what it means to feel well. They learn ways to share thoughts and feelings at school. They practise simple ways to act with people they know. They do the same with living things and objects. They study daily routines, work tasks, and skills for learning. They explore how they think and feel about learning. They also learn about different jobs.
