Dicteuri melodice

This book gives students short tunes to write down. They hear the music, then put it on paper. This work is called musical dictation. The tasks cover both pitch and rhythm. Some are harder than others.

Victor Giuleanu and Victor Iusceanu made this book for music teachers. Most tasks are short. A class can do several in one lesson. Each chapter groups tasks by tonal system. It does not group them by how hard they are. The tasks use diatonic and chromatic keys and modes. They use pentatonic, hexatonic, and atonal structures too. Teachers can choose tasks that fit their theory lessons.

This is the first volume. It deals with melodic dictation: writing down tunes by ear. Grafoart brought out this edition in 2019. The text is in Romanian. It is a paperback with 180 pages.
