Фрида

This book explores the life of Frida Kahlo, a Mexican artist of the twentieth century. It recounts the tragedies she faced in her youth. It also looks at her bold spirit and sense of inner freedom.

The book is an illustrated biography with short, poetic texts. These aim to convey Kahlo’s character as well as her life. Benjamin Lacombe provides the art. This gift edition pairs his images with cut-out pages.
