Înconjurat de idioți

Înconjurat de idioți asks why people struggle to grasp what others mean. Thomas Erikson says some people may not think or speak as we do. This may be why we find them hard to deal with. This self-help guide aims to help readers talk and write well each day.

Erikson sorts how people act into four types, each with a color. Reds are bold leaders who act on impulse and set high goals. Yellows like to be with people, have new ideas, and feel hope. Greens are calm, friendly, loyal, and keen to help others. Blues have sharp minds and study details. They break things down to make sense of them.

The book shows how to change your approach for each type. It gives hands-on tips for tasks like giving feedback and writing emails. This edition forms part of the IQ230 series.
