Introducere în NLP

Joseph O'Connor and John Seymour explain neuro-linguistic programming, or NLP. They trace its ideas and methods over several decades. They explore change through meditation and visualization, or forming mental images. This guide is for people who seek personal growth. It aims to help them understand and influence others. It asks how NLP might change mood. It also asks how NLP might help people do things well.

The authors link old practices with newer work in psychology. They stress that no method fits each person or setting. People must use it in line with their aims and values. The authors say clear speech helps bring lasting success. So do good ties with others. They stress balance and care, not fixed rules.

O'Connor trains and coaches people. He also gives expert advice. He has written over 15 books. These have appeared in over 25 languages. His clients have included Citibank, HP Invent, and UNIDO. He has advised on projects in developing countries. These projects help people work together in industry.

He has taught in North and Latin America. He has taught in Europe and New Zealand, too. He has also taught in Hong Kong and Singapore. In Singapore, he won a medal. The National Community Leadership Institute gave him the award. He also taught NLP as a guest at the University of Santa Cruz, California.
