Limba si literatura romana - Clasa VII-a - Manual

This book teaches Romanian and the study of written works. Its themes deal with the world and the self. It is a school textbook for pupils in grade seven. Pupils learn to listen, speak, read and write. The authors link these skills to work in other school subjects.

The book has six themes. First, pupils explore what they do not know. Then they study the values that people share. Next, they look at feelings and their inner lives. Later parts deal with events that no one can explain. They also explore the lines between worlds and the theatre. In the last part, pupils think about themselves and how they change.

The authors aim to link schoolwork with life outside school. They seek to help pupils ask questions and think with care. They also aim to help them form new ideas. They urge pupils to see beauty and find meaning as they learn. Through language and written works, pupils learn about themselves and others.

The book follows the school course plan approved in 2017. Romania’s Ministry of Education approved it for school use in July 2024.
