Mickey7

Mickey7 takes on jobs that could kill him. As the mission’s Expendable, he faces death on the crew’s behalf. Each time he dies, a new clone takes his place.

This science fiction story takes place on an ice-bound world with hostile life. When the crew thinks Mickey7 has died, they activate his replacement. But he is still alive, and being a duplicate brings a new threat.
