Procesul

K. faces arrest but does not know his alleged crime. He seeks answers from a court but never meets its judges. No one can explain the laws behind his case. His search leads him through door after door.

Franz Kafka’s novel looks at fear and obsession. K. faces an absurd ordeal at the hands of the law. The image of doors returns throughout the tale. Kafka builds this unease without events beyond the natural world.
