Спокойной ночи, мусоровозик! Сказка на ночь

This is a bedtime story in verse about a garbage truck and its friends. The truck works all day to keep the city clean. A street sprinkler and a lawn mower work hard too. Then evening comes. All the helper machines turn off their lights and rest. Little ones, too, should now go to sleep.

The book is a calm, gentle tale for small children who like cars and trucks. It shows young readers what city vehicles do. Picture scenes follow the story, and children may want to look at them again and again. The rhymes have a steady beat. They are easy to remember and can help children build memory and speech.

This is a translation into Russian verse by Elena Feldman. It belongs to the "Bedtime Stories" series. The book suits children from age one and up. Its size fits small hands.
