Agent 10483 kills with no doubt and no feeling. He sees people as data. He knows their names, faces, and where they live. He knows when each must die. His task calls for twelve deaths. Eleven of those people have done no wrong. Yet ten thousand die. What seems like an error gives him three targets, not one. His tasks lead to genocide, the mass killing of a people. They shake the group that hired him. Now the group needs him dead. He gets set to fight back.

Nir Hezroni’s spy thriller asks why the agent acts this way. Did a mental disorder go unseen? Did tests done in the name of science go too far? The book suits fans of crime tales and suspense. It forms part of the Paladin Thrill series. Gabriela Tobol and Beatrice Feleaga translated it from English.
