Umbra sineluli

Wax and Wayne face a plot to stir unrest on Scadrial. They try to stop it with help from the inventive Marasi. Magic and technology have brought swift change for three centuries. Four main faiths now vie for power across the world. More people live under democracy, but corruption puts these gains at risk. For the first time, the planet faces acts of terror. The plot could turn social strains into open strife. It could also halt progress.

Brandon Sanderson wrote this fantasy novel for fans of magic and adventure. The world blends steampunk with early industry and the Wild West. Two kinds of magic shape it: Allomancy and Feruchemy.
