Unde e Sara?

Filip struggles with his role as Sara’s older brother. His younger sister has disabilities, and caring for her feels hard. At one point, he reaches the limit of what he can bear. The story asks whether he can feel close to her again.

This children’s story by Simona Epure explores love between siblings. It also speaks to parents raising a child with special needs. Filip’s feelings raise questions about each child’s need for care and love. The story makes room for pain, hope, and a sense of belonging. It looks at how love can help heal strained family bonds. Anca Smarandache provides the colour illustrations.
