Viata Sfantului Nicolae povestita de Parintele Necula

This tale with pictures tells of Saint Nicholas’s life and miracles. Părintele Constantin Necula writes for children and their parents. Ionel, Anuța and Nicușor help guide the tale. So do other children from Satul de Submunte. They ask questions and have adventures along the way. Through these, readers learn of chosen events in the saint’s life.

Faith shapes this tale of kindness, courage and love. It explores the wish to grow closer to God. Nicholas guides children and keeps them safe. His life shows that giving means caring for others. It goes beyond the gifts left in shoes.

Necula draws on his own past as a child. He recalls winter nights and icons in his home. He grew up with the saint’s name around him. He uses words that children can grasp. The tale invites families to read it together. Cezar Mandă made the pictures in colour.
