Золотой век. Серебряный век. Любовная лирика.

This three-book set holds Russian verse from the Golden and Silver Ages. It also has a book of love poems. There are more than 290 poems by 45 poets. These include Pushkin, Lermontov and Bunin. Blok, Tsvetaeva, Mayakovsky and Akhmatova also feature. The set is for readers of verse and lovers of art.

Each book pairs poems with one painter’s work. Claude Monet (1840–1926) provides art for the Golden Age book. The Silver Age book uses art by Vincent van Gogh (1853–1890). Art by Gustav Klimt (1862–1918) joins the love poems. The set has 354 colour images. They span Impressionism, Post-Impressionism and Art Nouveau. The pictures give the verse a visual setting.

This gift set has art throughout and comes in a slipcase. It forms part of the “Твоя коллекция” series.
