Наша великая надежда

In this new book, Archpriest Sergiy Baranov shares his own experience of prayer and of life with God. He writes about how a person can sense God's presence in today's world. He also asks how to find the way to God and keep to it.

Much of the book reflects on God's love for all people. The author sees this love as eternal and constant. He says nothing can break it. His reflections are deep and often poetic.

The book is Orthodox Christian spiritual guidance. It is not only for monks and hermits. It speaks to all Christians who live in the world, including those just starting their spiritual life.

The author is a priest of the Russian Orthodox Church. He serves as rector of the church of the Tabyn Icon of the Mother of God in the Orsk diocese. He is also the father of six children.
