Restart

Restart looks at ways to face past pain. It shows how people can change harmful ways of thinking. Yung Pueblo links this work to a fuller life now. His self-help book is for those who feel stuck or hopeless. It also speaks to those who face trauma or self-doubt.

Pueblo draws on his own recovery from drug addiction. He almost died, then chose to face his past. He shares ways that helped him find a more balanced mood. These include meditation, radical honesty, and care for oneself. He looks at anxiety, depression, and feelings that are hard to face.

He does not set out one fixed plan for all. He backs each reader’s own path. He asks readers to learn how their minds work. He calls for kindness and calm thought. He also asks readers to take charge of their choices. Daily habits can help change old ways of reacting. The book links knowing oneself better with change in the wider world. It looks at how to trust oneself once more. It also seeks greater peace and ways to help loved ones heal.
